At PYL Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel or accessories
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Return Process

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may place a new order after completing the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
